Hi, I'm Christopher Walker.
I am the founder and CEO of UMZU, and the author of the Thermo Diet. I got my degree in neuroscience from Duke University. I believe that the human body is a self-healing organism, and that we need to allow the proper nutrients and lifestyle in order to help it heal itself from the inside out. I'm happy when I'm learning something new, and I love to distill complex concepts into simple, easy-to-understand ideas.

My journey as a health entrepreneur has been incredible, with plenty of ups and downs. That being said, it's been my life's work to bring health and good business practices to the world - and I'm just getting started!
2008: Brain tumor diagnosis
I was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Instead of doing surgery or being on pharmaceuticals for the rest of my life, I decided to heal myself naturally. And it worked!
2012: Launched my blog
I started my first blog, and launched my first book - Testshock - to help men with their health via natural hormonal optimization.
2015: UMZU was born
Born out of a huge need for effective and ethical supplements, UMZU was launched first as Testshock supplements, then Truth Nutra, then rebranded to UMZU.
